Digital Marketing Specialist (Jakarta)

Support marketing strategies and executions to achieve business objectives
- Understands both target consumer, competitors and market landscape in order to analyze and define business opportunities.
- Manage projects and work closely with related stakeholders (including Social Media, Owned Media Channels, Creative, Digital Media, Operations) to beMonitor campaign performance and campaign optimization based on key learnings
- Support to pour marketing concept into creative details and brief

**Qualification**:

- Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets movement
- Good in written and spoken English
- 1 year experience in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Event or campaign organizer
- Experience in creative design
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
