Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media)

Create and implement marketing pillar for Social Media, with KPI's
- Coordinate and brainstorm content marketing and paid advertisement with the Marketing team
- Implement and adjust content marketing pillar to fit target market and clients
- Conducting a Customer Experience Survey together with the HR team to analyze Monthly Social media objective
- Communicating and implementing content ideas with post production team
- SMA (High School) / Diploma / S1 (Bachelor's Degree)
- Willing to learn new things and work in a team
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Essentials (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Have a basic understanding of SEO and SEM
- Have a solid foundation in Social Media Marketing and tools such as (Hootsuite, Meta Ads Library, etc.)
- Able to present a solid analysis using statistical data and metrics tools such as (Spss, Hotjar, Brand Watch, Content Planner, etc)
