DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM LEADER
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Digital Marketing team leader with excellent English communication skills and Mailchimp experience to lead the marketing team and successfully implement the Company's marketing strategy.
As a Digital Marketing team leader, you should have in-depth marketing experience both in traditional marketing and digital technologies.
You will work closely with different professionals within the team to ensure consistency in the implementation of the marketing strategy.
You should also provide forward-thinking ideas.
Ultimately, you should be able to drive all the marketing efforts to achieve the company's sales objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage effectively the marketing team
- Ensure synchronization and alignment between all team members
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
- Oversee the company's social media accounts
- Manage and improve online content and use effective tools to ensure conversions
- Coach and mentor the other service providers and oversee all functions and day to day marketing activities and results;
- Liaise with Sales teams leaders to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Motivate the marketing team to achieve goals
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology development
- Maintain the company's brand guidelines and adhere to processes
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
- With BPO and Mailchimp experience
- Ideally with experience implementing Pirate metrics methodology
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or other media editing software
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the English Language (minimum C2 level)
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
