Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Proven experience minimum of 5 years as a Digital Media Marketing
- Working knowledge of analytic tools
- Good presentation skills, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong decision-making skills and result-oriented
- Written and spoken in English, can speak Mandarin will be an advantage
- Having knowledge in Social Media including Tiktok and Youtube
Job Descriptions:
- Developing and managing social media marketing campaigns
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- Build social media communication top-line strategies. From observation and insights into social media communication strategy, providing way-in and content references for all social media channels (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc) and hands-on execution along with agencies.
- Responsible for the maintenance and communication of core users, understanding user needs, exploring user pain points, cultivating community users' awareness of mom and baby products, integrating relevant content, and improving brand reputation and user loyalty
- Responsible for the daily operation of WhatsApp, Messenger, and other communities APP, use third-party tools to count and analyze user behavior data, and use data to drive SOP iteration to achieve personalized precision marketing
- Combined with the company's development strategy, plan the development direction of new media as a whole, build a new media operation and promotion system, and formulate a new media matrix promotion plan;
- Combined with the needs of business development and content promotion, formulate timely promotion plans according to user dynamics and current hot spots, be responsible for the operation of new media platforms and fan management, and effectively increase the number of fans and the quantity and quality of user interaction.
- Formulate new media launch conversion data analysis, continuously optimize the launch structure, and improve new media traffic acquisition strategies
- Responsible for the daily management and iterative update of new media resources, actively expand the company's operation and promotion channels, find valuable platforms and brand cooperation resources with the same brand tone, and carry out resource integration and win-win cooperation
- Track the product development and media dynamics of competitors in the market, and provide corresponding strategies based on the company's current situation and development needs.
