**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business goals and develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies.
- Plan, create, and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, marketplace, and other relevant channels.
- Develop engaging ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Implement strategies to improve the objective rate of digital advertising campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
- Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in digital marketing with a focus on digital advertising, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, marketplace, and other relevant channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, staying updated on best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Successful management of digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization for maximum ROI.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-function teams and lead a team
