About the Role
Digital Platform Programme Specialist
Responsible for orchestrating alignment of digital platform projects, RPE tribe and other initiatives and being responsible for the collaboration between IT department & related channels.
**Job Description**:
- Orchestrate alignment between RPE tribe, IPos monthly release, projects and breakthrough initiatives related to feature releases including supervising the timeline, budget, resources and methodology
- Review RACI for each of the initiative to ensure accountability and supervision for critical tasks related to digital platform feature releases
- Identify possible risks and issues across digital platforms performance and ensure mitigation is addressed either by ensuring the accountable PIC keeps a good progress or self-ensure the risk is mitigated
- Lead and initiate cross departments communication and collaboration between related departments to ensure digital platform releases is impactful to end users and AIA Business targets.
Requirement
- _ Minimum bachelor degree_
- _ Minimum 10 years experience, in IT business solution, digital product development or digital transformation_
- _ Scrum master or scrum product owner certification will be an advantage_
- _ Understand agile methodology, design thinking, software project management, and system development life cycle_
