The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Strategic analysis of customer experience and digital product operation-related problems, define root cause, and recommend solutions
- End-to-end project management and coordination of the recommended solutions
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units
- Conduct regular & ad-hoc reports (in deck or sheet format) and conduct the presentation to management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in combination of operations and sales experience
- Strong analytical skill and good with number and business sense
- Have working experience in ecommerce and/or technology industry would be a plus
- Having knowledge and experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Operation Manager, Business Development or Digital Product / Services would be a plus
- Passionate team player with leadership potential and good communication skills
