Summary Alila Seminyak is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who will lead our HR department with a focus on nurturing talent, fostering a positive work culture, and aligning HR initiatives with the resort's overall vision and goals. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Alila Seminyak. Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of the talent. Develop succession planning and career development programs. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Training & Development: Oversee the design and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers in employee development. Compensation & Benefits: Administer and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive positioning and employee satisfaction. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations issues effectively. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS management, and maintaining accurate employee records. Community & Sustainability: Champion initiatives that support Alila's commitment to community involvement and sustainability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, degree preferred. At least 5 years in an HR leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive organizational change. Experience in a luxury or boutique hotel environment is highly desirable. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English Open for Indonesian nationality only.
