Summary
- To implement the hotel's Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, Spa and all other revenue-generating departments.
- To ensure the Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
- To organize and conduct regular departmental marketing communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective.
- To represent the Sales function on the hotel's Executive Committee in the absence of the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Closely work together with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs.
- To establish and maintain the hotel library and photographic image filing
- To continuously update press kits.
- To welcome, greet and escort all Press FAM trip or any events taking place in the hotel.
- To develop good community contacts among government, businesses, art, associations, etc. and represent the hotel at public functions. To support ad-hoc events and or projects in the community.
- To maintain a perpetual analysis of competitor's marketing and communication activities in the local market.
- To serve as the Webmaster for hotel's Webpage and Internet related exposure and advertising.
- To be aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel's financial performance.
- To make sure other Marketing Communications associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of "We work through Teams".
- To attend some event taking place in the city and suggest Sales Department Head position or General Manager to join you.
- To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
- Strong in leadership and business acumen
- Digital savvy and strong in digital marketing strategy
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
