We are seeking a Director of Operations with a strong background in the hospitality industry. We offer exciting career opportunities for individuals with the following details:
**Responsibilities**:

- To assist GM in day to day operation of the Hotel
- To ensure each Departemant running smooth
- To ensure hotel policies, safety, cleanliness, hygiene are implemented properly
- Handle complain and other issue in profesional manner
- To aware with Departement Budget / Expenses

**Requirements**:

- Experience at least 2 years in relevant as Room Division Manager / Food & Beverage Manager or other HOD / Excom position
- Knowledge in Operation of hotel in pverall
- To have experience in Budget / Expenses
- Previous experience of PMS (Opera, Review Pro) is advantage
- Fluent in English or Japanese is a plus
