We are looking for a dynamic **Director of Sales & Marketing** with the strategic nous and the drive to meet our sales goals consistently.
**Your Role**:
As the Director of Sales & Marketing, your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but will primarily include:
- Overseeing daily sales operations and mentoring your team to unleash their full potential.
- Achieving both personal and team sales targets to enhance our profitability.
- Developing and executing sales strategies that lead to measurable increases in occupancy, improved average rates, and expanded sales across rooms, food & beverage, and banquet services.
- Generating and analyzing monthly reports to track and improve performance.
- Spearheading marketing initiatives to promote hotel services, offerings, and amenities to guests.
**What We Expect From You**:
- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrable experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, preferably with a prior role as a Director of Sales & Marketing.
- **Industry Acumen**: A successful track record with international luxury brands in Southeast Asia or North Asia.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
