The individual we are seeking will develop, implement & execute Sales Strategy with customers in order to grow profitable sales and support overall business objectives of the corporation.
**About You**
- Bachelor's degree, with 6 years of successful sales experience in a flavor/fragrance related industry required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers. Inspires others by acting as a leading example.
- Knowledgeable of food industry trends, companies, technology, and displays passion for food and flavors.

**As a Regional Account Manager, you'll spend your time.**
- Responsible for establishing strategic plan of distributors which is aligned with global business objectives. Meet or exceed financial metrics; drive for results.
- Setting KPI for distributors in assigned region.
- Deeply understand and leverage internationally IFF's strategy, organization, capabilities, proprietary technologies, resources, product and service offerings.
- Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
- Leverage category plan to be implemented in distributor strategy.
- Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
- Develop deep distributor relationships at all levels.
- Lead cross functional and cross cultural teams through complex, technically challenging projects.
- Educating and developing distributors from our business extension role to business partner roles.
- Accountable for accurate regional sales forecast and budget.
- Coordinate with Account Manager and Regional Channel Manager for commercial excellence including, process, pricing etc.
