**What is this role about?**
Distributor Executive is responsible in managing strategic JTI distributor partnership through screening & due diligence, ensure accurate calculation of distribution remuneration and analyzing distributor's performance.
**What will you do?**
**1) Distributor Screening**
- Conduct screening process for potential distributor to ensure the profile match JTI standards
- Ensure due diligence related to distributor formalities and documentation
**2) Distributor Remuneration**
- Provide necessary support to regional field team during business review and KPI negotiation
- Monitor the total distribution allowance budget in accordance with annual plan
- Calculate distributor's remuneration based on distributor's performance and KPI achievement
**3) Performance Monitoring**
- Develop, maintain and analyze performance dashboard to monitor both cluster and distributor performance based on distributor's performance and KPI achievement data
- Provide monthly report and analysis with insights and recommendations for regional field team
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 3 years experience in managing distribution partner in multinational company
- English & Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency
