Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to work and collaborate to empower the most vulnerable children, family and community through community development, advocacy, and emergency response for sustainable transformation regardless of religion, race, ethnic or gender.

Since 1998, Wahana Visi Indonesia has carried out various community development programs focusing on children. Hundred thousands of children in Indonesia have been benefited from WVI's accompaniment program. Wahana Visi Indonesia is a trusted partner of World Vision International.

About PASTI Project:
Major Roles:
This position has responsibility to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate, as well as develop the capacity of local partners, develop partnerships and facilitate the implementation of The Partnership to Accelerate Stunting Reduction in Indonesia (PASTI) Project Activities.

1. Strategy Development & Planning
- Contribute in the preparation the development of Project's annual working plan
- Contribute to facilitate project research and baseline
- Conduct monitoring, reflection and learning with the community and the program team to improve and adapt programming
- Develop sustainability strategy through institutionalizing the community organization
- Build strategy to choose new sub-district for implementing program

2. Resource Acquisition & Management
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources, in accordance with Wahana Visi Indonesia financial policies and five donor's requirements.
- Inform issues who describes gap intervention in field (there is no budget project/diluar dari ranah project)

3. Capacity Building
- Identify and assess capacity of community groups, project staff and local implementing partners in target areas on relevant technical capacities.
- Provide capacity building to the related partners and project staff in order to achieve the set project goals.
- Provide technical support, tools, appropriate methods and approach to local implementing partners and related stakeholders to ensure project quality
- Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada mitra untuk memantau perkembangan kapasitas mitra.
- Internalize and socialize WVI core documents, including safeguarding and child protection, PSEA, and GEDSI.
- Facilitate Community Learning environment (including children and the marginalized) and encourage communities to share and learn from their own experiences as part of confidence and capacity building

4. Accountability & Quality Assurance:

- To ensure that project implementation is in alignment with project design, organization and donor standards.
- Monitor project implementation at the community level to ensure effective implementation.
- Prepare monthly report of project implementation in order to measure project's achievement, obtain lessons learned and improve future programming.
- Facilitate Advocacy local government according to project design and shared responsibilities.
- Ensure the quality of data collection tp support assessment, baseline and evaluation of project

5.Networking & Coordination:

- Communicate effectively on Wahana Visi Indonesia identity, mission, vision, values and our approaches to work in ways that are contextually appropriate and clear.
- Closely coordinate with local stakeholder to achieve project objectives and support sustainability.
- Develop and maintain robust networks and dynamic relationships with all relevant stakeholders to support project implementation at district level.
- Develop robust partnerships with local stakeholder for shared learning
- Contribute to organizational lesson learned process and promising practices documentation for project.

6. Management & Leadership:

- Live among the people, endeavouring to witness to Christ through life.
- Create enabling and positive team environment where colleagues are able to develop their spiritual gifts and grow in Christian maturity and facilitate a working environment of mutual trust, respect, and care among all staff.
- Contribute to effective teamwork, coordination and work planning among field and support staff, including local implementing partners to ensure effective project implementation with quality.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 2-3 years' experience in health-related projects, preferably childhood nutrition or mother-children health.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nutrition or related degree.
- Have good networking with government counterparts at sub-national level and familiarity with government working group of childhood nutrition such as TPPS.
- Good understanding in humanitarian/development project
- Good Communication skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong conceptual understandin
