Job Requirements
Responsible in managing Sales Office including its budgeting / expenses within the sales office. Performing operational as well as transactions within the sales office that are related to agencies and ensuring that those activities are aligned with Company's regulations/policies and local / government regulations / policies. Maintaining good business relationship with external parties, ie. Government, in order to ease any transactions or operational activities Providing credible services to clients and future clients through vision and mission of the Company. Through guidance from the Company, responsible in achieving target Agency growth.
Supervise and ensure the compliance of the agency force to the prevailing rules, code of conduct and procedures in order to maintain a clean business operation as per company's direction.
Delivery of recruitment and net manpower growth targets through strong management of recruitment pipeline and quick on-boarding of new teams.
Delivery of new leader organic growth targets, through identification, coaching, activity management and collaboration with training team.
Ensure understanding importance of, and execution of, the company's profitability strategy as it relates to customer conservation (persistency), product mix, product launch targets and rider attachment ratios.
Championing all the learning & development programs provided for the agency force. Collaborate with the agency training team by providing input / feedback concerning challenges, improvements, process, etc. to support the achievement Sales targets.
To fulfill any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Work Experience
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree any discipline with passion in Sales
Minimum 5 years experience as a Branch Manager in Insurance company
Sales knowledge
Project Management skills
