**About this role**
As the Document Controller, you will provide support for a major multi-disciplined transport infrastructure project and ongoing support to the Indonesia Geography Leader. This is the role for you if you like to be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. You will control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
**What will I do?**
- Maintain and manage all important documents for projects and ensure that it is properly logged, maintained, stored and easily accessible.
- Provide support on projects, bids, and general office duties where appropriate.
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Coordinate all related and critical business administrative tasks for the group, including minutes taking, organization of events/discussions, presentations, forums etc.
- Provides effective support to project/s and general office duties where appropriate
**What will I bring?**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with document management systems.
- Experience in setting up document management systems or information management platforms.
- Experience in any of the following - ProjectWise, PIMS, Aconex, DNVGL Portal, EMS, EDMS, ShareFile and PIMS
- Broad skill base, a high degree of technical capability, problem solving capability, flexibility, and professionalism.
- English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking, presentational and writing skills
