- Deal with Backoffice System/Admin
- Interact with client/customer to clear the problem
- Troubleshoot system (Fix Bug)
- Support Complex System
- Accumulate and Evaluate improvements
- Controlling & monitoring related to the website
- Manage domains
- Block domains
- Backup data (computer data and website data)
- Create promotional landing pages
- Upload news and promotions
- Reports related to google analytics

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in engineering (Computer/telecommunication).
- Having experience pace typing keyboard.
- Having knowledge the back office system.
- Good Understanding with flow of Application Support.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Required skill(s) : DOMAIN, HTML,PHP, MySQL, SQL, Database Administration, Server **Preferably Willing to be place in luar negeri**
