**Responsibilities**:

- Translate existing designs into workable plans
- Create architectural drawings
- Prepare Cost Estimate Plans (RAB)
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in 3D/Sketch-Up
- Collaborate with team members on design projects
- Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
- Support business goals by delivering high-quality design work

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education of D3 in Architecture
- Must submit a portfolio of own work (please combine CV and portfolio into one PDF file, maximum size 2MB)
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up
