Drafter & Estimator

Calculates bid volume and price based on 2D, 3D images and layouts
- Compiling and making detailed details of materials, accessories and drawings
- Create and monitor the schedule shop drawing that is being produced according to the schedule.
- Supporting images (Shop Drawing) for the calculation of BQ Price Quotes for Projects.
- Ensuring the shop drawing is in accordance with the tender drawing, if there is a difference must report to pm and QS.
- Make a project cost plan calculation
- Create and control the calculation of the price of working wages with current expenses
- Provide offers of cost-saving options
- D3/S1 educational background (Civil Engineering/QS)
- Master AutoCAD at least 2D, master Ms.Office, Excel and Power Point
- Can work as part of a team
- Experienced in the field of interior build in, civil works
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a field suitable for this position
- Can create and read working images with AutoCAD & Sketchup
