- Minimum D3 in Architecture or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the same field
- Proficient in AutoCAD/SketchUp
- Experienced in mapping and creating residential layout plans
- Able to create working drawings
- Able to create RAB (Budget Plan) and field progress reports
- Able to perform structural calculations
- Active and able to work in a team
