**Job Descriptions**
- Handling inquiry & complaints from Customer (Driver, User, Merchant)
- Professionally and provide excellent service for customer satisfaction
- Achieve the target OKR
- Support any project related to Driver operations
- Able to operate the system properly

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma degree (D3)
- Min. 1 year experience as Customer Service
- Good communication skills, logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to operate Ms. Office

Panjang kontrak: 3 bulan

Upah: Rp2.300.000 - Rp2.900.000 per bulan
