- S1, fresh graduate is welcome
- strong communication skills
- negotiation and persuasive skills
- Good understanding of the local environment
- Experience in retail or startup - tech company is a plus
- Local person from Siantar city
- Monitoring the Driver to maintain quality
- Direct engagement to community
- Gather community member feedback to have better strategies
- Strong public speaking skills
