Driver Management Area Lead - Spx Express

Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Support for managing driver schedule following and complying with slot time
- Ensure availability of driver as the target of slot time
- Enhance driver skills and behavior through Driver Coaching & Performance Improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 10 Years performed in Transport, Logistics & Driver Management environment with minimum last active position as a Manager
- At least have Diploma degree
- Willing to do business trip
