Department Operations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Accountable to plan, execute for day-to-day operations monitoring including: driver acquisition management, driver engagement management and inventory management etc.
- Monitor ops standard in the city
- Extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
- Manage cost effectiveness/efficiency and deliver targets
- Support Area Lead and Regional to roll out product initiatives in the City.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years experience in operations, preferably minimum at the supervisor level from Multi National Company
- ?Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with data processing
- D3/S1 Graduate from any major
- Having good understanding about supply and demand planning and control
- Having good communication skills and good attention to detail and easy to enggage with community
- Able to create creative solutions and initiative toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly
- Able to handle communication in community or mass conflict
- Proficiency in english (written)
- Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet and create on slide/PPT
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenging situations.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
