Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Dutch-speaking market. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to find and attract top talent. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Develop an understanding of client requirements and company culture to offer tailored recruitment solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies. Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect efficiently with candidates and clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
