**Position Summary**:
- This position, in overall, is responsible for shaping, developing, and implementing of Indonesia end-to-end (E2E) supply chain strategy aligning with local business strategy and global/regional supply chain strategy as well as deploying and coordinating transformational initiatives and/or projects for Innovative Medicine sector in Indonesia.
This position reports to E2E Supply Chain Cluster Manager, Innovative Medicine - Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia and will act as one single contact point for Supply Chain when it comes to work with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affair, Market Access, Commercial Quality as well as other local, regional cross functional teams and external stakeholders such as appointed Indonesia's distributors and other stakeholders if required.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) process includes:
- Portfolio management review: drive new product introduction and SKU rationalization process.
- Demand review: create an unbiased customer demand forecasts over 36 months planning horizon.
- Supply review: manage supply to balance customer service level vs. inventory carrying cost vs. product quality.
- Integrated reconciliation: identify and propose action plans to resolve gap vs. targets (volume and values).
- Management business review: align demand/ supply plan to meet market opportunities and challenges.
- Orchestrate with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affair, Market Access, Commercial Quality, etc) to capture external market dynamics and internal business insights and identify end-to-end opportunities where we can accelerate customer experience, business growth, profit improvement, innovation, end-to-end supply reliability and agility.
- Connect with distributor to fulfill patient needs by balancing distributor inventory at branches and support ad-hoc problem solving.
- Connect and partner with regional / global supply chain team to provide local operating company (LOC)'s input and cascade regional / global supply chain strategy into local operating company (LOC).
- Manage market authorizations (MA), import / export quotas and licenses, especially Controlled Substance.
- Create/ change product master data in SAP ERP, Anaplan, OMP and other systems.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPI) for E2E supply chain including cost, service, quality, and compliance.
- Other duties will be assigned as the organization evolves.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 05-years' experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management.
- Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or any related major.
- Experienced in Healthcare sector, especially pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Experienced in SAP ERP system, project management and advanced analytical tools is a plus.
