E-Commerce Administrator (Baby, Kids & Toys)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining day to day website and marketplace activity (upload products, set promotion, website & marketplace looks and category/ URL, rejected products in marketplaces).
- Managing products information, content, and price in both website and marketplace at all times.
- Assist the traders in creating the weekly, monthly and any ad-hoc reports that are required by the business.
- Maintain the masters and database for the brands in coordination with traders.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Admin E-commerce in retail industry would be a plus.
- Organized and have attention to detail.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
