**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for online merchandising (both website and marketplace platforms) and delivering our trading strategy, owning promotion activity, driving customer engagement and delivering profitability.
- Work with Brand teams to ensure stock availability to enable participation in online campaigns and that we are working in an Omnichannel approach with our stores and social selling channels.
- Responsible for ensuring that your websites are properly maintained, with all products available, all prices correct and all product content 100% accurate.
- Work with all marketplaces to ensure your brands get optimal exposure and inclusion in all available campaign.
- Partner with Brand teams to agree a pricing strategy that optimize sales both on a daily basis and in deep campaign offers.
- Trade the channels with short/long term strategy to increase sales for the business (identify new category opportunities in the market)
- Work closely with all marketplace partners as well as internal stakeholders to drive conversion and repeat purchases.
- Own customer journey and merchandising across all platforms for your brands.
- You will also produce daily, weekly and monthly analysis to measure the performance of our online activities across all channel
- Has analytics capability and share insights
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in ecommerce industry.
- Experience as an online trader with a Retailer and/or a marketplace or using Magento would be an strong advantage, as would familiarity with either our brands.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Computer Literate (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skill and ability to manage large volume of data.
- Any experience of Google Analytic would be a bonus.
