Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor every metrics related to e-commerce business performance across all marketplaces.
- Execute the right strategy for growth.
- Increase revenue by implementing activities & activation.
- Liaise with marketplaces to determine promotional activities.
- Maintain a consistent in-store visibility to ensure that the brand presence and visual roll out are properly implemented.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 years** experience in relevant fields, preferably in _Key Account Management, Retail Industry, or Sales & Marketing._
- Interested and passionate to learn about the evolving **_e-commerce industry_**.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and communication skills.
- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate strong initiative to take action as a team player.
