E-Commerce Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform

2. Managing and executing promotional campaigns

3. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

4. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

5. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

6. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through

Job Requirement:
1. Education minimum bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

2. Experience in the same field minimum 2 years

3. Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks

4. High level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

5. Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
