E-Commerce Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities- Cooperation with MOD operating on line store (management ordering, picking, packing, delivery) and supervise the system runs well (web/dashboard).- Ensure ecommerce team at store (Ecommerce picker & admin) and shopper from partner already following the SOP.- Monitor and mentoring Ecommerce staff at store (Ecommerce Picker & Admin), including scheduling, on leave and over time.- Follow up and solves customer complaint and problem related operating on line store.- Cooperatives with related department (IT, Finance, Accounting, including vendor).- Requirements- Bachelor Degree from all major- Preferably have an understanding SOP of retail supermarket (offline store)- Experience of leading team- Able to create plan and organizing- Has capability of systematical thinking and leadership- Customer oriented- Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to communicate with all levels- High flexibility and mobile- Understanding MS Office especially Excel
