E-Commerce Sales Operation Officer (Work From Home)

We are looking for a Sales Operations Officer to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals.

**Job responsibility**:

- Conducting product research and analyzing data to create sales forecast.
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends.
- Creating product copywriting for e-commerce listing.
- Researching product keywords for e-commerce listing.
- Overseeing various administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any major.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and product campaign advertising in e-commerce.
- Willingness to learn and attention to details.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly in utilizing basic formulas in Excel.
- Having personal laptop that can operate Google Chrome, Zoom, and Microsoft Office altogether without issues.

Pay: Rp2,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
