E-Commerce Specialist

**REQUIREMENT**
- Age max. 35 years old
- **Fluent to communicate with English-simplified language is a MUST**:

- Min. 3-5 years working experience in e-commerce field/industry
- Understand Ads management (ROAS) and other online marketing tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, customer optimization, and programmatic
- Able to work in team and independently

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitable goals
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities to enhance online shopping experience
- Manage and maintain company's online store on the e-commerce platform
- Analyze website performance, sales trends, keywords, and customer buying behavior
- Coordinate with other division to develop and implement promotional activities
- Optimize website content, product listings, and user interface to enhance user experience and sales conversion

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
