**What will you do**:
- Develop visually appealing and pedagogically effective graphic elements for e-learning contents, including but not limited to illustrations, infographics, animations, and interactive media.
- Editing and integrating video or audio into e-learning contents.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and illustrators to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging visual content.
- Design and optimize graphics for various delivery platforms, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design, incorporating innovative and effective techniques into content creation
**Who wee need**:
- High level of integrity
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication design, instructional technology, or other related field
- Proven minimum 5 years work experience as an e-learning graphic designer or similar role
- Demonstrable portfolio of completed graphic design work
- Proficient in any Authoring system, articulating storyline
- Have ability in other e-Learning authoring tools is a plus
- Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
