E-Learning Instructor

Your task in overall is to **create and develop E-Learning content that has strong academic structure, fun, easy to learn, and beneficial for target audiences.

- Analyze the course **goals, target audience, prerequisite / required resources** to determine potential delivery methods
- Design **outline courses**:

- Conduct r**esearch to identify course proposition**, attractiveness, competitiveness, and customer insight
- Decide on the **criteria used to evaluate user's performance** and develop assessment instruments
- **Quality check** and give improvement feedback of **MDI Tack learning video**
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum **Bachelor Degree** from any major (major in Economic management is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field(Research/Training/Writing)
- Have **good writing skills and high attention to details** regarding Indonesian Have a good understanding of digital learning content development process
- Have experience in **developing and writing the content**:

- Have **enthusiasm **in digital learning
- Have **high analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking skill**:

- Obsessed with **details
