**Your Focus**
In this role, your responsibility is to lead preventive maintenance, ensuring that the workload is divided fairly based on the competencies of the individuals. Support the production team by actively participating in day-to-day tasks. Ensure that performance is monitored and meets expectations. Additionally, ensure customer satisfaction, regarding quality performance in all areas that fall within the scope of fulfilling standards within IFF guidelines and other regulations. This position is based in Karawang, Indonesia, and will report to the Indonesia E&M & Sea Project Manager.
**Job Descriptions**
- Applies and leverages knowledge of innovation materials, substances, processes of technical literature. Expanded level of skills in a wide variety of laboratory techniques, instruments, etc. to solve problems.
- Participates in the development of intellectual property plans as part of a project.
- Documents results of own experimental work, draws conclusions on the findings and proposes next steps.
- Communicates results and impact of projects with a sense of urgency to influence the decision-making process across organizations, work teams and stakeholders.
- Involves the thorough forecasting of costs, the establishment of consented budgets, and the monitoring of the expenses against that budget.
- Regular scheduling checking of inspections, operating schedule, and cleaning or replacement of spare parts regularly and periodically.
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization's maintenance goals.
- Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders.
- Manage and control Utility which support production process.
- Implementing Lean Sig Sigma and 5S
**Job Requirements**:
**What will you need to be successful?**
- Bachelor's degree qualification in Mechanical or Chemical engineering
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in relevant areas.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures, computerized maintenance systems
- Competency in English in written and verbal.
- Strong verbal and technical writing experience in English
- Experience with SAP and Maintenance Preventive Application Systems.
- Strong in Management and Leadership skills, Agility, and Priority Skill.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Having Lean Sig Sigma is an advantage.
