Job Responsibility EBI Operator: I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To operate the EBI (Empty Bottle Inspection) machines, in order to ensure that all bottles are properly inspected, and all bottles that contain foreign elements area effectively rejected. Checking all the preparation activity in electronic bottle inspection. Adjust all parameters in the system according to the bottle type to be run. To react on data which deviates on the set standard / s and implement immediate corrective and / or preventive action to non-conformities detected. Reviewing and evaluating the results of corrective and / or preventive actions done and records activities performed at machine downtime report. To perform minor repair and maintenance works, cleaning equipment and adjustment. Taking record keeping of reached result and reporting the work machine and also conducting CIP (Cleaning In Place). II. REQUIREMENTS
