Ecommerce Manager

**Job Description -**
- Make sales & marketing strategies in the marketplace to achieve sales targets
- Develop work systems, fraud control & ensure the team works according to SOP
- Develop campaign promotion plans, utilizing internal support and platform's assets to maximise campaign performance
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plan with platforms; negotiating on visibility packages and support to drive performance and optimize P&L
- Establish strong relationship with platforms, taking lead on account management(campaign plan, visibility & support, timeline) and monthly & quarterly meeting
- Cooperate with cross functions to maximize channel potentials in line with company direction and initiatives
- Evaluation & budgeting of marketing costs
- Communication & maintaining relationships with marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Blibli, Lazada)
- Maintain stock & coordinate for the purchase of empty goods.
- Market & Competitor Research to find potential popular products to sell
- Review campaign execution, operation and other sales fundamental metrics
- Keep track on operation KPI, flagging improvement areas and giving recommendation to improve overall process
- Weekly/monthly Sales reporting.

**Qualification -**
- Experienced minimum 8+ years of E-commerce Manager
- Proficient in using all marketplace features (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Blibli, Lazada etc.)
- Understand SEO & Copywriting
- Innovative, has good communication & leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Fluent English and Indonesian communication

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month

- Indramayu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
