**Responsibility**:
- Working closely with the E-commerce Marketing Manager to plan and execute various marketplace marketing activities
- Manage Campaign for Ecommerce Enabler Client
- Strong analytic, logical, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects on different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
- Developed, managed, and executed marketing and promotion strategies for client
- Developed tactical campaigns with tailored communication for each user segmentation
- Coordinated campaign automation development for marketing funnel improvements.
- Collaborated across multiple teams and departments to explore new marketing opportunities.
- Create weekly and monthly report analysis
- Manage and monitor e-commerce marketing strategy for marketplace channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Bukalapak, Website)
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of related work experience from an e-commerce platform, advertising agency, or start-up
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset
- Broad knowledge of the social media landscape, platforms, and technologies
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong planning skills, be creative and good at brain-storming
- Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data, and to come up with actionable points for optimization and/or experimentation
