Ecommerce Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end store operations for all online platforms in the Ecommerce Marketplace.
- Ensure healthy stock levels to meet e-commerce sales demands.
- Monitor key metrics related to e-commerce performance across various marketplaces.
- Coordinate online store production to meet demand and uphold quality standards.
- Supervise the online store production workflow, including staff assignments and schedule adjustments.
- Serve as the primary contact for product updates and promotional activities in seller centers and marketplace features.

Qualifications:

- Minimum education of D3.
- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce or Store Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for handling numerical data.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; understanding Mandarin is advantageous.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Rp6,500,000 per month
