**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to campaigns offered by e-commerce platforms to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the daily performance of each e-commerce platform, ensuring key metrics are met.
- Assist in maintaining excellent customer relations through timely responses and support within the e-commerce channels.
- Actively explore and utilize new features within e-commerce platforms to enhance sales and user experience.
- Ensure visually appealing and user-friendly online store presentation.
- Collaborate with merchandisers to maintain optimal stock availability, avoiding over-purchasing.
- Conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement within e-commerce operations, such as product photo quality, outdated product descriptions, or outdated images.
- Manage advertisements within e-commerce platforms, including keyword optimization and search campaigns.
- Set promotional prices for special events and promotions, such as daily deals, payday sales, and double-date promotions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
