Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, but with the flexibility to work remotely. As an Education Counselor, your primary task will be to provide comprehensive counseling and advisory services to students seeking to study in Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Asia, etc. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing programs that align with the education goals of our clients, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve student recruitment target (promoting and sales our service).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
- Have min. 3 Years work as councelor at Education Agent Local or Multinational Company.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Experience in the education or migration consulting industry is a MUST.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages required, additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Understanding of the education system and visa requirements of Australia, Canada, the US, and the UK,etc
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per month

- Education Agent Consultant: 3 years (required)
- Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada student admission: 3 years (required)
