**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution OMNI to drive business growth in Indonesia while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and values
- Review and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from HQ that are relevant and fit with business strategy
- Prepare the training module and plan
- Conduct the training session and follow up on the results regularly
- Evaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each store
- Evaluate the success of training to develop further training needs
- Being in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needs
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and procedures
- Assists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activities
- Prepare and submit monthly training reports
- Deliver training, evaluation, and development report
- Work closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launches on time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all field teams Performing the beauty class
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare category
- Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business
- Strong interpersonal, communication & coaching skills
- Experience in building effective teams
- Creative, proactive, and high motivation in work
- A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Has a positive work attitude, sociable, and fast learner
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills
