Education Officer (Wfo At Bandung)

Class facilitator
- Data management, analysis & maintenance of class participants
- Coordination of class activities
- Closing class products (mentoring workshop, private class)
- Customer Service - assists with all class participants needs
- Follow up maintenance of learning results
- Mastering the management of the OCademyid platform
- Min. 1 years of customer experience/admin. Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM
- Demonstrable track record of customer obsession
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in using productivity software (Excel, Sheet, etc)
- Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms (Meta Ads) is a plus
