Qualifications:

Min.
graduate from SMA / SMK

2.
Able to operate Ms Excel & MS Office

3.
Good written & spoken in english (preferred)

4.
Able to do administrative work

Attractive & neat

7.
Responsible & good working attitude

8.
Able to work in team & individually

9.
Willing to work overtime

10.
Discipline, detail & able to work under pressure

11.
Willing to be located in **Surabaya, East Java**

Task & Responsibility:
1.
Arrange & tracking import/ export shipment

2.
Communicate & coordinating shipment process between customer and liner

3.
Notify customer's request to sales team

4.
Preparing, re-check shipment documents & others administrative works.
**Salary**: From Rp4,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
