Job Description Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within the manufacturing plant. Develop strategies to optimize electrical efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations and troubleshoot electrical issues. Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering roles. Proven track record in power plants and process plant manufacturing environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
