- Willing to take on other responsibilities required by the school (advisor, teaching other courses related to educational background).
- Support students based on individual needs.
- Conduct conferences with parents to update students' progress.
- Manage the classroom and build a positive atmosphere.
- Arrange lesson plans and design teaching strategies.
