We are looking for a Employee Care Specialist (Temporary) who will be based in Surabaya.
Your 'day to day'
- Be the first point of contact for Employees, Managers and P&C partners, providing end to end services in scope of Employee Care.
- Process and resolve queries & transactions, both autonomously or in collaboration with other Service Line teams, according to PMI principles & practices and internal timeliness & accuracy SLAs.
- Assume accountability for regular follow-up and information updates to the customer, as well as guidance during initiation of P&C processes and transactions.
Who we're looking for
- A self-driven professional with university degree any major, preferably in Psychology, Law or Human Resources Management
- A fluent English speaker with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- With excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently in very dynamic and challenging environment
- Excellent computer literacy
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
