Employee Lifecycle Associate

Company Info: One of the biggest E-commerce company in Indonesia

Placement: Jakarta - Pasaraya

Duration: 12 Months

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (S1)

2. Have experience in HR field for at least 6 months

3. Fluent in English (spoken and written), preferably also Indonesian

4. Good in Ms excel & Google sheet

5. Having knowledge about Labor Law related to HR Operations

6. Preferably having experience working in HR Operations field Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation to stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Attention to detail.

8. Have sufficient knowledge about HRIS preferably Workday & Salesforce.

**Job Descriptions**:
2. Handle Job changes process in Workday.

3. Handle Offboarding process in Workday.

4. Hire employees to HRIS (create Workday profile).

5. Liaise with the Payroll team related to alteration data for payroll purposes.

6. Liaise with the Expat Services team related to expat onboarding, contract extension, & offboarding.

7. Liaise with PBP related to any job changes.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to Rp5,200,000 per month
