Job Roles and Responsibilities

The role will involve marketing professional in overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies that support the company's brand identity, including to execute any related initiatives. We are expecting an individual who is agile, avid communicator, creative, and able to work independently & collaboratively.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Involve in planning, coordinating, and executing the proposed initiatives (including events) such as company visits, career fairs, etc.,

2. Carry out the creative media releases to further support

3. Maintain and develop positive employer brand image by providing innovative ideas on both contents and approaches.

4. Identify, develop, track, and measure progress on the development of employer brand for continuous improvement.

5. Keeping up with the up-to-date trends that may be relevant to boost our brand presence.

Skills and Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications / Public Relations / Graphic Design or any related majors.
- Ability to write & speak in English adequately.
- Good communications and interpersonal as well as analytical skills with enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for creative writing to develop unique and original content for various audiences.
- Having knack for creative touch and media curation, including activation.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe (particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop), and Canva.

**Salary**: Rp1,570,922 - Rp9,237,909 per month

**Education**:

- SD (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Medan: Relocate before starting work (required)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
